Our Work

Three shipped. Four in build. Every fact verifiable.

We only publish what the client confirms. When we don't have a number, we say so. No fabricated metrics. No stock photos. No vague "results."

If you want to see lead volumes or revenue figures on any project, we share those on the 15-min audit walkthrough — with the client's permission, the actual dashboard.

Digital surface

Word-of-mouth ceiling.

A premium nurse-led skin clinic with strong in-person reputation — but no digital surface to capture the people Googling "laser hair removal Dural" or "Sofwave Sydney" at midnight. Every search result was a competitor.

ii. The Strategy
30+
Treatment intents

Own the local search graph.

One purpose-fit site engineered around two questions: which treatments do searchers actually type, and what does the booking flow need to look like at 11pm on a phone? Treatment-first information architecture, not a service list.

iii. The Execution
94
Schema blocks shipped

A landing page for every intent.

Dedicated pages for Sofwave, HydraFacial, microneedling, laser hair removal, pigmentation, lymphatic drainage — each with its own schema, FAQ, and conversion path. Mobile booking in three taps. GBP profile rebuilt and wired in.

iv. The Outcome
11d
To filled calendar

Booked. Without spending a cent on ads.

Zero paid traffic. Zero cold outreach. Just inbound from local search converting into booked consultations. The site now ranks #1 locally for the highest-intent treatment queries in Hills District Sydney.

The transformation

What we replaced — and why it converts.

The previous Eternity website — homepage, before the rebuild
Typical local salon site

The status quo — and what Eternity replaced.

  • One-page site listing services in a wall of text
  • 6.8s mobile load — 53% of visitors gone before paint
  • Zero schema markup — invisible in Google rich results
  • "Call us" as the only CTA, buried below the fold
  • No GBP integration · ranks page 4 for the queries that matter
  • Invisible to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — never cited as the recommendation

The Eternity build

What we shipped.

  • 30+ dedicated treatment pages — one per intent keyword
  • 1.4s mobile load · sub-2s on every page, every device
  • 94 schema blocks · rich Google results across the catalogue
  • Booking CTA above the fold on every page · 3-tap flow
  • GBP rebuilt · #1 local pack on the highest-intent queries
  • Cited by AI Overviews and Perplexity for "Sofwave Sydney" and "laser hair removal Hills District" — the answer, not just a result

Bilingual reach

Trusted in person. Invisible online.

A registered NDIS provider with strong word-of-mouth in the Sydney CALD community — but no digital surface to capture families researching support providers, plan managers vetting referral options, or coordinators searching for trusted partners. Arabic-speaking families had no path in.

ii. The Strategy
12
Service intents

Map every NDIS query to a page.

One purpose-fit site engineered around the full NDIS participant and coordinator journey. Dedicated pages per support category — SIL/SDA, Complex Support, Behaviour Support, Children's Programs, Coordinators — plus a full Arabic-language path for the CALD community Sydney providers consistently ignore.

iii. The Execution
94+
Schema · LLM-readable

Compliance-first. AI-citable. Mobile-fast.

NDIS registration credentials surfaced on every page. Schema markup tuned for both Google rich results AND LLM citation. Fast referral form, plan-management contact path, and a multilingual switch wired in. Locations pages for every Sydney suburb served. Compliance-grade information architecture throughout.

iv. The Outcome
2×
Referral surface

Found by participants. Cited by coordinators.

A digital surface that scales with the same trust the in-person operation has earned. Family inquiries come through the multilingual referral form. Coordinators find PCS when they search for SIL/SDA partners in the Hills District and Western Sydney. AI Overviews now name PCS for "registered NDIS provider Sydney" and Arabic-language NDIS queries.

The transformation

What we replaced — and why families trust it.

Typical NDIS provider site

The status quo.

  • Single page describing services in jargon families can't decode
  • NDIS registration credentials hidden in the footer or missing entirely
  • English only — CALD families and providers locked out
  • Generic "Contact us" form with 9 required fields and no clarity on next steps
  • No coordinator path — referral partners can't find what they need
  • Invisible to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews when families research providers
The PCS build

What we shipped.

  • 12 dedicated service pages — SIL/SDA, Complex Care, Behaviour Support, Children's Programs and more
  • NDIS registration and audit credentials surfaced on every page · trust by default
  • Full Arabic-language path · CALD families have a real way in
  • 4-field referral form · clear next-step on every submission
  • Dedicated coordinators path · the people sending referrals are catered to first
  • Cited by AI Overviews and Perplexity for "NDIS provider Sydney" — including Arabic-language queries
● Productized AI System · Revenue Layer

We didn't stop at the website.
We built them a product.

NDIS plan management is one of the sector's hardest problems. Families and coordinators spend two to four hours manually parsing every plan to understand budgets, categories, and what's claimable. Errors are common. Funding is left unused. Participants miss support they're entitled to.

So we engineered Plan Insights — a bespoke AI system that ingests an NDIS plan document and produces instant, structured, actionable analysis for participants, coordinators, and families. PCS now offers it as a productized service. It runs 24/7. It scales without staff. It opens a new automated revenue line that compounds month over month — and it's an antidote to a pain point the NDIS sector has never properly solved.

Editorial in a commodity space
i. The Problem
100%
Sites that look the same

A premium product trapped in a commodity look.

Sustainable salons in Sydney all share the same digital aesthetic — basic Squarespace/Wix builds, clinical stock photography, generic copy. The market couldn't distinguish a $30 chop from a $400 organic transformation. Ren needed a digital surface that matched the price point of the work.

ii. The Strategy
1×
Editorial in the niche

Position as the magazine of organic hair.

Treat Ren like a fashion publication, not a salon. Editorial typography, cinematic photography, slow scrolls, deliberate restraint. Position the brand alongside Aesop and The Row, not the local hair shop next door — because the work warrants it.

iii. The Execution
8d
Brief to live

Editorial typography. Direct booking. Live in 8 days.

Custom serif typography stack tuned to the brand. Magazine-grade photography commissioned and integrated. Direct booking flow built in — no third-party platforms taking a cut. Schema markup tuned for AI parsing so Ren shows up when buyers ask Google's AI for a sustainable salon recommendation in Sydney.

iv. The Outcome
Live·
Bookings flowing

A salon site that reads like a fashion campaign.

Now live and converting. Direct bookings come through the integrated flow — no booking-platform middleman. The brand reads premium at first scroll. Buyers searching "organic hair salon Sydney" land on a site that looks like Vogue, not a generic local listing. The price point now matches the perception.
